Situated in the village of Hoo; we are easily accessible from the Medway towns of Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Strood. Also Gravesend and Maidstone with good links to the A2/M2 and M20.
Our out of town location avoids the hassle associated with a trip to a busy town centre.
BY CAR
Turn onto the A228 at the Four Elms Roundabout onto the Four Elms Hill.
Travel straight over the first roundabout and turn right at the second roundabout, onto Bells Lane.
We are located approximately half a mile down Bells Lane on the left hand side. We have a large on-site car park and disabled access.
BY BUS
There are frequent bus services to the village; the nearest bus stop is directly opposite our surgery. For more information on time tables see Arriva’s website.

Payment Methods
We require payment on the day of treatment. There will also be some occasions where a deposit is required.
Payments can be made by most debit cards or cash. We also accept most credit card payments however these have a 2% surcharge.
Cancellation policy
There will be no charge for changing your appointment provided that we are given at least 48 hours notice.
We do charge for missed or late cancellations. This allows us to run efficiently and keep our fees at a reasonable level for you and our other patients.
